WHY THE HOOD STAYS THE HOOD

WHY THE HOOD STAYS THE HOOD

For things to improve in a life or community, there must be people who dream, are ambitious, and learn from their mistakes. This is how growth occurs in both human beings and the things humans build. Experience is an amazing teacher. Now, let’s examine why the hood seems to never improve.

People in the hood are poor by definition. They see little hope in the future as they try to determine how their next meal will be supplied. They are likely born into this environment, which fosters a victim mentality about life being unfair.

When they see others who seem to live much better lives, their envy and jealousy lead them to prejudge the person rather than meet them. They project their unwanted qualities onto others to justify their state of victimhood. For a young person in such an environment, they are likely to have an entitlement attitude and grow up with a mental disorder, such as narcissistic personality disorder.

One of the things required for the hood to improve is people who want to improve and help each other out. People who have empathy and wouldn’t mind doing extra work for their neighbor so that all can live in a better environment. However, if you’ve ever gone by the garbage disposal area in the hood, then you realize just how disgusting it is to live there. In some hoods, the yards of different units serve as the garbage disposal.

NARCISSISTIC TRAIL

So what is happening when you are viewing trash everywhere? You most likely have narcissistic owners who give the minimum to their residents (narcissistic trait). They will act only when forced, since they have no empathy for the people living in those residences.

The people themselves will also not clean up because most of them have narcissism and mental disorders. There is an entitlement attitude where they only worry about themselves. So, seeing a bunch of trash everywhere doesn’t register as a reason to work together to make the neighborhood better. Instead, it’s just trash that somebody else needs to pick up because I’m very important and certainly will not waste my invaluable time that I could be using to abuse people to pick up trash.

CODEPENDENT HELPERS

Then what happens when somebody comes to save the hood? Well, they must have empathy for others, meaning they serve the caretaker role that the people in the hood typically abuse. A voice comes in with some funds to make things better for all these poor people. However, either the owners or some residents start abusing this person who is trying to help the entire neighborhood, and that person skidazzles out of there.

Even if there are people with empathy trying to clean up the neighborhood, the mentally ill will just sit around and name-call them while purposefully acting lazy to discourage the ones trying to help out.

“The hood is a collection of mentally ill, self-serving people who abuse and manipulate while playing victim.”

CONCLUSION

The phenomena I’ve described are really just how abusers function. You’ll realize that practically everything on this website falls back to dark manipulation and abusers doing what they do. I won’t get much more into that here, but that’s how the world practically functions. It’s just a result of what a zero-empathy person did versus what a person with empathy would do. Hopefully, you can see from the paragraphs above why the hood will always be the hood. And NO, I’m not going to save any hood, or anyone for that matter. Now, I bear witness.
