After learning about narcissists and how they carry rage within them, I began to monitor them as a rideshare driver. I’ve had my narcissist brothers intentionally try to get me sick, and so I thought it interesting to monitor if they are ever healthy. There are many times I’ve said I don’t remember the last time I was sick (I don’t know if that’s actually true or the fog of abuse), but for the narcissist, what would they say?

Well, I did my observation and have come to the realization that narcissists are sick all year round. The misery and rage they carry seem to follow them even into the summer months. It is known in the world of psychology that when the unconscious is ignored, it expresses itself through the physical body to get the message out (ie. depression, anxiety). So from my observations, I’ve seen narcissists sneezing and coughing in fall, winter, spring, and summer.

When they are sick in the wintertime, along with everybody else, they must be the center of attention and the only human that matters. So they will openly sneeze and cough, making everyone else sick. After all, they are the superior beings.

Now, monitoring during spring and summer is where I can contribute my observations. I’ve seen people who obviously had narcissistic personality disorder (to me) cough and sneeze throughout the summer and early fall when it is very hot outside. They follow the sneeze with the gaslight of ‘allergy season.’ I sometimes respond, “No, it’s not,” but it depends, since I’m in a rideshare and don’t want a bad rating. No is a boundary that triggers the narcissist. But it is a clear gaslight. They want you to believe that when all the leaves have been on the trees for weeks or months, and it’s dying hot outside, somehow it is still allergy season, and that’s why they are coughing and sneezing.

I had one narcissist ask me why I was wearing a mask. She was in a car with her fake friends and wanted to bother me about why I was wearing a mask. I told her something to the effect of people sneezing without realizing it, or something like that. Afterward, she proceeded to sneeze the rest of the car ride, practically to the point where her friends were asking her if she was ok. She said, it’s just allergies. I assure you it was nowhere close to allergy season. The friends weren’t covering their noses and didn’t seem to be holding their breaths or protecting themselves. I was completely disgusted. Not only having to fend off sneezes, but also listening to gaslighting in my back seat. There is only hope that the gaslighted friends did not get sick. Today, I think my response to her silly question triggered something in her unconscious, and whatever it was, it did not relent as she was still sneezing when she finally left my car.

CONCLUSION

The hateful rage and misery the narcissists carry with them when no one is looking play a role in their health. They sneeze and cough all year round, in my observations. This suggests the body is keeping score and will eventually reveal on the outside what is happening on the inside.
